The celebration will recognize her conservation work and many accomplishments while giving guests an opportunity to meet her and learn more about her life on the island. \nThe event will include live music\, guest speakers\, a video presentation and a food truck. Copies of A Natural History of Cumberland Island\, written by Ruckdeschel\, and Untamed: The Wildest Woman in America and the Fight for Cumberland Island\, by Will Harlan\, will be available for purchase and signing.
