Satilla Waterfront Park

In addition to serving as the venue for Woodbine’s annual Crawfish Festival during the last weekend in April, Satilla Waterfront Park offers a captivating backdrop for magnificent sunrises and sunsets throughout the year. This versatile park provides a vibrant and lively setting for both community events and peaceful riverwalk views, making it a popular spot for visitors of all kinds. Situated off Hwy 17 North, just before the bridge, this picturesque location welcomes visitors to enjoy its scenic beauty and daily natural spectacles. The park features open-air pavilions that are ideal for family or community gatherings, adding to its appeal as a versatile gathering spot for various occasions. While offering docking facilities, overnight docking is not permitted to ensure accessibility for all to enjoy during the day. A favorite among fishing enthusiasts and paddlers, visitors should also be aware of the marshy area’s allure to alligators.
