What began as the dream of an 11-year-old boy for a haven that unwanted canines could roam freely, became a collaboration of friends, family and local park authorities to create a dog park, standing as a lasting legacy to memorialize him. The Tommy Casey Memorial Dog Park offers a spacious and shaded environment for dogs to play and socialize. Featuring separate areas for both large and small dogs, along with play equipment and picnic tables for humans, the Tommy Casey Memorial Dog Park provides a delightful space for community members and their four-legged companions to create cherished memories. This park is located next to the St. Marys REC Authority Park and Remembrance Park.
