Celebrate fall with a full day of family fun at Incacheetoo Plantation & Petting Zoo in Waverly, open weekends from September 19 through November 1, 2026. The farm features what organizers describe as Georgia’s largest non-exotic animal exhibit, along with mini Highland cows, scenic hayrides, pig races (weather permitting), an animal train, playground, jump pillow, mega slides, corn pit, games, and plenty of photo opportunities.
Kids can also try barnyard basketball, axe throwing and archery, duck races, and other farm activities. Additional-fee attractions include gem mining, mechanical bull rides, cannon shots, and the Parakeet Retreat. Come hungry—the Calf-A and Sweet Shack will be serving burgers, treats, and Incacheetoo’s popular funnel cakes.

Saturday Hours: 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
Sunday Hours: 1–6 p.m.
Admission: $18 per person, walking age and older
