The Evening’s Menu:
- First Course: Tuna tartare and avocado stack with ponzu and a special drizzle, topped with toasted sesame seeds and red cabbage microgreens.
- Second Course: Fresh spinach salad with mandarin oranges, cashews, and blueberries, dressed in a ginger vinaigrette.
- Third Course: Miso-glazed salmon served with kale, sesame, and red pepper accents, alongside cilantro-pesto Israeli couscous.
