Muscadine Jelly-making Class at Blackwater Vineyard

Learn how to turn freshly picked muscadine grapes into homemade jelly during Blackwater Vineyard’s annual Muscadine Jelly-Making Class.

Local jelly expert Sheila Carter will lead the class, sharing the process step by step and demonstrating how to make delicious muscadine jelly at home.

The $35 registration fee includes 10 pounds of U-Pick muscadine grapes, hands-on instruction and a jelly-making demonstration, plus one jar of freshly prepared jelly to take home.

Participants who would like to pick their grapes before class day may prepay and harvest them in advance.
