Artist of the Month Reception for Ceramicist Patty Bush at Coastal Camden Art League

The Coastal Camden Art League will host a reception for June Artist of the Month, Ceramicist Patty Bush, from 5 to 8 pm. at the Community Art Center, 2006 Osborne Rd., St. Marys, GA 31558.
The event is free and open to the public. Bring your friends and come out to meet and support local artists! Enjoy refreshments while you browse the gallery.
About the artist: Patty Bush is a Florida native, born and raised in Jacksonville. She graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. She and her husband raised two daughters in Orlando where she worked as a capacity planner in the cellular industry. She was able to keep her hand in art through volunteering with Girl Scouts and teaching beginning clay classes two nights a week. In 2021 she and her husband moved to Fernandina Beach and she retired from her corporate job to start her own pottery business. She makes functional pottery and also enjoys creating sculptures with a whimsical element. She is inspired by clay and its endless potential.
