Fishing Classic at Historic St. Marys

The public is invited to participate in the 10th Annual Historic St. Marys Fishing Classic on Saturday, June 6, 2026.  The Fishing Classic is a charity event presented by the Kings Bay Rotary Club, alongside their concurrent event, the Hello Summer Festival.

The tournament is a family-friendly event that also includes a kid’s fishing tournament, with low entry fees low to encourage families to fish together.  Anglers who weigh in and donate their fish to a local food bank are entered into a drawing for $1000.

Proceeds from the event will support local charities, such as the Rotary Club Foundation.

Schedule:

Captains Meeting at Captain Seagle’s Saloon, Friday, June 5, 5 PM-8 PM

Lines in the Water: Saturday, June 6,  6 AM

Weigh-ins: Howard Gilman Waterfront Park Gazebo, 10 AM-4 PM

Winners Announced: Howard Gilman Waterfront Park, 4 PM-5 PM
