Calling all volunteers, lovers of nature, or state park fans!
Its that very special time of year again where Crooked River State Park would love your help in taking care of your local State Park!We are asking everyone and anyone to set aside their Saturday morning on September 26, from 8 a.m. to noon, to help maintain parts of Crooked River. This year we will be focusing on the Nature Center and the surrounding trails. Cutting back foliage, cleaning trash, and maintaining the pollinator garden.
Please wear appropriate outdoor clothing. Water and tools will be provided. While the event is scheduled from 8 a.m. to noon, you are welcome to join and leave at anytime!
Crooked River State Park is located at 6222 Charlie Smith Sr. Hwy., St. Marys, GA 31558.
