Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge World Heritage Site is excited to announce their National Public Lands Day Clean-Up event for 2026! Join us on September 26, 2026 from 8:30-12:00 p.m. for the nation’s largest single-day volunteer event! We will be joining the nationwide effort by cleaning up our trails for the continued enjoyment of all those that visit Okefenokee NWR. We look forward to and thank you in advance for your efforts to help keep Okefenokee the pristine ecosystem that it is!
